When you need help, please create a support ticket on https://support.blueprintcentral.com/submit_ticket

 Please choose the "Underground Sales System" option from the "Department" field so that your support ticket is routed directly to the right team for faster response.

Please register on the support portal so you are able to follow up on the status of your tickets.

After you placed your purchase, you will receive a Welcome email as well as a separate email with your member access details to the Underground Sales System members area.

If you can't find that email, please check your inbox - as well as your spam or junk folders.   

If you have any problems logging in, please reach out to our customer support team by creating a new support ticket on https://support.blueprintcentral.com/submit_ticket

First, do a search in your inbox for an email from "[email protected]".

This email could have landed in your spam/promotions folder.

If you can't find your Clickbank receipt in your emails, try this:

1. Visit the Look Up Your Order page on Clickbank: https://www.clkbank.com/#orderLookup
2. Around the middle of the page it says Order Lookup. Click on the "I don't have my order number" link
3. Fill in the required fields
4. You will get a verification email from Clickbank.
5. Once you login to Clickbank with the instructions from the email, look for your purchase to find the receipt in your order history. From there you should be able to recover your order, then get the link to log in to the member's area.

If you run into any issues with the above, please reach out to Clickbank support by using their "Live Chat Now" button near the top of the page (https://www.clkbank.com/#orderLookup) and explain to them that you need help recovering your purchase receipt.
